The Steel Horse Rally Inc. is a non-profit organization with the mission of helping local charities and organizations that benefit children, veterans and/or the local community. Each year, local charities are given the opportunity to apply to be recipients of donations raised at the upcoming Steel Horse Rally. The Steel Horse Rally Inc. helps raise thousands in donations for local charities and charitable organizations. The SHR Inc. has also donated food, supplies, and volunteer time to several local charities and gives organizations a unique opportunity for charities to interact with the community during SHR events. 

The Steel Horse Rally Board of Directors selects several local charities from those who complete valid applications to benefit from donations raised at the 2025 Steel Horse Rally. The applications must be received by Dec. 31, 2024. The Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity also donates informational booth spaces to local charitable organizations. Only a limited number of spaces are available and charitable organizations can apply using the application below.
