The Steel Horse Rally welcomes photographers, videographers and members of the media from around the world to our charity events! We appreciate you and all that you do to keep people informed about the Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity and SHR events! Media, Photographer and Videographer Press Credentials

Representatives planning to cover Steel Horse Rally events should apply for media credentials at least three weeks in advance of the event. Steel Horse Rally Inc. press credentials are for working media only. Please note that your pass must be worn at all times while covering the event and you may be asked for additional identification (like valid photo ID) to enter some areas of the event. Some venues have minimum age requirements and dress codes. Please note that for safety purposes, your pass can only be used in specified areas at specific times. Due to space and safety restrictions, only a limited number of photographer passes may be available and only a limited number of photographers may be allowed in certain areas at specific times for insurance and safety purposes. For safety purposes, no media will be allowed onstage, backstage, on or in active roadways or racing areas before or during the event. Please note that those with a photo/video/media pass must still obey all traffic signals and safety procedures and cannot block entrances/exits. Also, only pre-approved drone operators that have been cleared by the Steel Horse Rally Inc. president and local authorities will be allowed to pilot any drones.
